2. Refund & Return Policy

​Returns & Refunds

​We want you to look your best in the style you chose, but if something goes wrong with your order, we've got your back.

​Timeframe: You have a period of 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

​Conditions: The item must be unused, unwashed, with its original tags, and in the same condition that you received it.

​Non-returnable items: For hygiene reasons or extreme clearance sales, some products may have restrictions (we will notify you on the product page if applicable).

​Process: To start an exchange or refund, write to our support contact with your order number and photos of the item if it has any factory damage.
